Kirstin P. Zielke serves as Secretary of the Board of Directors, Executive Vice President, and Director of Enterprise Operations & Compliance at Altruist Trust Co. & Fiduciary Services, Inc. (Altruist™). In these leadership roles, she guides Altruist’s ™ day‐to‐day trust operations and back‐office functions, ensuring seamless distributions, deposits, reconciliations, internal audits, and legal‐department coordination. She also oversees asset protection, team leadership, and corporate governance, reporting regularly to the CEO, Board of Directors, and key stakeholders on company projects, priorities, and compliance matters.
As Director of Enterprise Operations & Compliance, Ms. Zielke leads a committed team of professionals who maintain Altruist’s™ client‐first service and fiduciary standards. She is responsible for designing, implementing, and auditing a comprehensive records‐management program that safeguards vital records, promotes efficiency, and meets rigorous regulatory requirements. By uniting best practices with quality controls, Ms. Zielke fortifies Altruist’s™ resilience against loss, fraud, waste, abuse, and other critical risks. She also serves on Altruist’s™ Chartered Trust Committee and Chartered Executive Committee, helping to shape and oversee the financial institution’s strategic priorities.
Before joining Altruist™, Ms. Zielke developed deep expertise across corporate, healthcare, and environmental sectors. She served as the corporate records manager for Providence Health & Services, a multi‐state healthcare network, where she unified corporate records. Previously, as a federal contractor for the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Superfund Program, Ms. Zielke prepared and documented the official federal Administrative Record, the Proposed Plan, and the Record of Decision for multiple EPA Superfund sites. Her specialized experience in both healthcare and government arenas has given Ms. Zielke a strong foundation in data protection, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
Ms. Zielke holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Wichita State University and an Associate of Arts from Hutchinson Community College.
Outside her professional responsibilities, Kirstin enjoys caring for her beloved cats, visiting family in New York City, fine dining, exploring various crafts, and honing her cordwainer (shoemaking) skills.
