Ms. Julianne E. Goldammer manages Altruist Trust Co. & Fiduciary Services, Inc.’s (Altruist™) back‐office functions and teams, and oversees electronic financial institutional software implementation and operations, ensuring adherence to Altruist’s™ rigorous regulatory standards. Ms. Goldammer manages Altruist’s™ compliance systems and programs, including the Customer Identification Program (CIP), Trust Account Openings, OFAC compliance, and FinCEN compliance. She convenes and manages Altruist’s™ weekly compliance meetings—bringing together Compliance Officers, Trust Officers, and Corporate Officers—to reinforce Altruist’s™ client‐first service and best fiduciary practice principles.

Ms. Goldammer designs and implements Altruist’s™ comprehensive document‐management systems and protocols that protect vital records, promote efficiency, and meet exacting regulatory requirements – further shielding Altruist™ and its clients from unauthorized disclosure of critical data (i.e., personally identifiable information, financial details, account numbers, etc.). By enforcing strict confidentiality measures, these protocols mitigate risks such as loss and fraud, support uninterrupted operations, maintain stakeholder trust, and exemplify Altruist’s™ commitment to loyalty and integrity.

As an Altruist™ AML/CFT Compliance Officer, Ms. Goldammer manages regulatory compliance, suspicious activity monitoring, mandated filings, and companywide Bank Secrecy Act and anti‐money laundering training. She oversees Altruist’s™ cybersecurity program and spearheads its business continuity and disaster preparedness initiatives to ensure robust protection of sensitive data and uninterrupted client service. With a direct reporting line to the Board of Directors, she provides regular updates on key operational developments, compliance matters, and risk‐management strategies, reinforcing Altruist’s™ dedication to excellence based on best fiduciary practices.

Prior to joining Altruist™, Ms. Goldammer spent nearly a decade honing her financial and project management skills, back‐office administration, and client relations at Merrill Lynch and Bessemer Trust while further expanding her cross‐functional expertise at Novel Effect (a non‐financial technology company). She merges analytical thinking and clear communication to deliver forward‐looking solutions grounded in the highest fiduciary standards, integrity, and transparency.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Health from Carroll College and remains committed to building long‐term partnerships that foster collaboration, accountability, and continuous growth.
